PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
I have been a Realtor since 1982 and I have listed and sold many kinds of real estate such as residential homes, apartment complexes, retail facilities, office buildings, industrial buildings. In addition, I have represented sellers and buyer in virtually all kinds of land transactions from vacant lots to acreage for commercial and residential type of construction developments.

-Exclusively listed and sold many millions of dollars of privately owned real estate and Real Estate Owned by numerous financial institutions.
-Sold many parcels and hundreds of acres of land in Lake Saint Louis, Wentzville, St. Robert, Jonesburg, and Sullivan, Missouri and other high profile retail and residential development tracts of land and buildings in various geographical areas in Missouri.

PERSONAL:
Married to Kristi since 1988 and we are blessed by having three beautiful teenage daughters.
I enjoy camping, fishing, hiking, biking and other outdoor recreational activities such as float trips with my wife and daughters and our entourage of family and friends.
I also enjoy making music and playing drums. I have played professionally for many years. Today, I play drums for a large local Church. I also enjoy playing my acoustic guitar while listening to my favorite Contemporary Christian, Rock and Country music.
I love the creativity in photography, making music and in selling real estate.
